I asked, “what about you?”
He answers quietly, “I’m already successful”.
I looked at him a little incredulously, “successful? How?”
He looks at me, making sure I was looking back at him before he spoke, “I’m in a job that I love and I have a beautiful family.I’m already successful.”

Yes I am also successful because I am with my wonderful family.
